Shipping
Thank you for shopping with us! We provide free 2-day priority shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States.
We aim to ship orders 3 business days after you place your order. During sale and holiday periods, please allow for additional processing times.
Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Territories, or international addresses.
Once the order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses. This includes delays caused by the shipping carriers, or any losses or damages to products(s) or package(s) in transit or after arrival.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which also serves as your receipt. The email will have your order ID and tracking number. Please enter the tracking number onto the shipping provider’s website. The tracking number in the email may also be linked to the shipping provider’s tracking page; please click on the tracking number to view.
Order Information
If you have an account with us, you can view your order information on our website by logging in and clicking on Account then Recent orders. If you do not have an account with us, you can view your order information on our website by clicking on Account then Order details, then enter your order ID and billing email address.
Returns and exchanges
If you’ve changed your mind, we hope you’ll shop with us again soon!
In the meantime, please submit a return request within 30 days of order delivery, which is the date shown on your tracking. Arrange for your own return shipping by purchasing a label from your preferred shipping provider as well as packing materials. You are welcome to reuse the box we used to mail your order – be sure to remove or cover previous shipping labels. Mail your return back within 1 week of requesting your return; your return package must be postmarked within this timeframe. We suggest purchasing insurance to cover the cost of the products you are returning. Once we receive the return package, if all conditions are met, we’ll accept the return and provide a full refund within 7-14 business days.
Conditions
- Products must not be worn or damaged.
- All packaging must be included.
- You must have an order receipt.
If the returned product appears worn or damaged, we determine the refund amount, restocking fees, and cleaning fees, contingent on the extent of repairs needed to restore salable conditions. If the product is deemed unsalable, we reserve the right to deny refund and will not return the product to the customer.
If product packaging is missing or altered, we charge a restocking fee of $10.
If no order receipt confirmation email is on record, we cannot accept the return. Before submitting the return request, check to ensure the email you enter there matches the one on your order receipt confirmation.
We cannot accept returns after 30 days since order delivery date. Any returns mailed to us outside the return window will not be refunded nor returned to the customer.
Multiples
Items from multiple orders may be included in the same box to reduce return shipping efforts. Multiple items from the same order may be mailed back separately if needed. You may submit one return request or multiple requests.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If you’ve changed your mind, please make a return and place a new order.
Order refusal
Please accept the order package and contact us if you have any concerns. If you refuse the order package, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Canceling your order
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after you place your order. Please contact us to cancel. After 24 hours, we will not be able to cancel your order.
Website Security
All transactions are encrypted and secure. To check if your connection is secure, the top of your browser near the URL bar should have a lock symbol which indicates that Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption-based security technology, is active. Clicking on the URL should also show “https:” at the beginning; “https:” is http with encryption and verification.
Accepted Payments
We accept credit/debit cards (Amex, Discover, Mastercard, Visa), Apple Pay, and Afterpay.
Charges to payment method
We charge your payment method for the full amount when you place your order. These will appear on your bank statement as “MIMORVIE.COM.” We reserve the right to cancel or decline part or all of your order for any reason. We will refund you if we cancel or decline your order before it is shipped.
Taxes
Prices on the website do not include taxes. The tax (where applicable) will be calculated based on your cart total and displayed on the cart and checkout pages.
What’s in the package
MIMORVIE products come secured in a MIMORVIE satin bag with an anti-tarnish tab, placed in a MIMORVIE jewelry box, and enrobed in tissue paper. Packing slips are not included to reduce paper use; the email confirmation when we ship your order serves as your order receipt.
Jewelry care
Jewelry needs gentle love and care to minimize scuffs, dullness, and tarnish.
Last on, first off: put on jewelry last when getting ready, and remove jewelry first when getting un-ready. Avoid contact with makeup, skincare, and haircare products, perfume, chlorine, saltwater, etc.
Wearing jewelry regularly can help slow tarnish due to contact with oils from skin. Polish gently with a soft, smooth cloth after each wear. Store jewelry away from sunlight and open air; storing MIMORVIE jewelry with the anti-tarnish tab in the MIMORVIE jewelry bag or box helps to slow tarnish.
For those with sensitive skin, we suggest briefly and gently washing the jewelry when first received in cool water and mild soap before wearing. After the first wash, we caution against any more contact with water to slow tarnish.

Out of Stock and backorders
Thank you for shopping with us! We’re sorry the MIMORVIE jewelry you love is out of stock. Please place a backorder or keep checking back. The item’s page indicates if the item is on backorder or in stock. Restocking may take a week to months. Once the MIMORVIE jewelry is back in stock, backorders will be prioritized and shipped out promptly. In the rare event that items are no longer available due to factors beyond our control e.g. supply chain issues, supplier changes, etc., we will refund your backorder in full.
